A deep-dive into your numbers, team and calendar. Together we write a one-page plan: the goal, the three levers and the weekly scorecard to track them.
Fortnightly sessions, a WhatsApp line for quick decisions and a quarterly review with your leadership team. We adjust the plan as results come in.
About your coach
For twelve years I ran operations at a logistics company that grew from 18 people to over 400. I was the founder’s right hand, then the COO, and I learned the hard way what breaks when a business outgrows the person who started it.
Since 2019 I have coached founders of D2C brands, agencies, clinics and family businesses across India. My work is practical: fewer priorities, clearer roles and a weekly rhythm your team can run without you in the room.

The 90-day sprint starts at ₹1,80,000 plus GST for one founder, with leadership-team options above that. Every engagement is quoted after the discovery call, never before.
Most sessions are on video call. Clients in Bengaluru can meet in person, and quarterly reviews can be held at your office anywhere in India.
